Vehicle Driver Information

Note: You will be required to present a valid U. S. driver’s license when picking up a vehicle. IF THERE WILL BE MORE THAN ONE OPERATOR OF THE VEHICLE, YOU MUST PRESENT THE LICENSE FOR EACH DRIVER AT CHECK OUT. Our insurance requires that all drivers must be between the ages of 25 and 70.

Monthly User Fee

A monthly user fee of $250 is charged for all MCF vehicles (this includes liability insurance).

Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Information

Missionaries are also required to pay for regular maintenance and repairs while using the MCF vehicle. This includes all gas, regular oil changes, tires, batteries and normal repairs. Significant repairs, like transmissions, accidents, etc. should be reported immediately to MCF. MCF does not provide roadside assistance if a vehicle breaks down. That is why we require each missionary to provide frequent and regular maintenance for the car during your possession. We do repairs before you pick up the vehicle. You do the repairs while it is in your possession. Please don't pass on deferred maintenance to the next missionary!

I will be responsible for all regular maintenance and normal repairs for the MCF vehicle while it is in my possession, up to a total of $500 per incident. I will also notify MCF in advance if a repair over $500 is needed.*

Transportation Services

You will need to either make your own arrangements to/from one of the local Houston airports or will be charged a fee by MCF for volunteer transportation services. ($40 for either airport, bus station or hotel) If you want to utilize MCF transportation, please communicate with us about your travel plans after you have confirmed your air reservations. All MCF cars will be picked up / returned to: Macedonian Call Foundation, 10101 Southwest Freeway, Houston Texas (Just north of intersection of US 59 & Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8).
